The ministry of justice will ensure equity and justice delivery for all citizens no matter how small or highly placed. The ministry encompasses the courts systems, the prosecuting office and the office of the executing authority, the attorney general, legal advice to all government departments and is responsible for enforcement of all criminal law by means of the prosecutor General office. All citizens are equal before the law; the ministry develops strategies ensuring justice for all citizens.
