Ministry Of Defence

The Biafran ministry of defence will be made of the following:

Biafra Defence Army

Biafra Air Force

Biafra Navy

Ministry of defence will be responsible for the administration and implementation of the defence policy of Biafran Government.  It will ensure adequate provision of military forces needed to secure Biafra territory against any external aggression.

Ministry Of Finance

Ministry of Finance as a central agency of government will be responsible for key fiscal, taxation and economic policy advice to the cabinet and minister of finance. The ministry will develop policies to ensure transparency in the planning and management of public finance.

 

Ministry of Health

This ministry will be saddled with the responsibility of ensuring good and quality healthcare for all citizens. It will develop policies and programmes that ensures  healthcare are affordable and available to all citizens. Biafra healthcare systems will be one of the best in the world and citizens will have free access to world class quality healthcare.

 

Ministry of Education

Ministry of education will ensure quality education for all citizens of Biafra. Biafra citizens will enjoy free education from early years up to the senior secondary education. The ministry will develop standard curriculum geared towards high quality standard of education in Biafra. Several government grants will be available to aid all citizens attain the highest level education desired.

 

Ministry of Justice

The ministry of justice will ensure equity and justice delivery for all citizens no matter how small or highly placed. The ministry encompasses the courts systems, the prosecuting office and the office of the executing authority, the attorney general, legal advice to all government departments and is responsible for enforcement of all criminal law by means of the prosecutor General office. All citizens are equal before the law; the ministry develops strategies ensuring justice for all citizens.

 

Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

The foreign affairs will be responsible for diplomatic relations between Biafra and other nations of the world. The ministry will also carter for Biafra citizens across all countries of the world. All management of Biafra international diplomatic mission will be undertaken by the ministry of foreign affairs.
